We use Delta Faucets and rough in valves in our homes. But options are yours.
Lighting
Our homes come with LED can lighting, undercabinet lighting in the Kitchen, LED lighting in the Garage standard and a generous lighting allowance package in all of our homes. Use the can lighting wherever you choose. You walk through with our Electrician to layout specific electrical needs.
Stylish Bathrooms
Our homes come standard with full tile shower, fiberglass pan, shower door and double vanities in Master Bathrooms. *Check individual plans on common bath vanities
Flooring & Tile
Sit down with our flooring and tile experts and they will help you choose the best options for your needs. All of our plans come standard with a full tile kitchen backsplash, laminate (or LVP) flooring, quality carpet and 8# carpet pad with membrane.
Efficiency
All of our homes are built to 5* Energy Rating. We inlcude high efficiency furnaces, R-21 Exterior Wall and R-45 Ceiling insulation.
Garage Unit Heater, Lo-E Argon Windows and dehumidistats in crawlspaces.
